For Children

Watching your child struggle can be incredibly difficult. Whether you've noticed changes in their behaviour, emotions, friendships or confidence, it can be hard to know how best to support them.

My role is to help children, adolescents and their families better understand what's happening, identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies that support healthy emotional development and wellbeing.
