Defence & Emergency Services

As a registered psychologist and veteran, I have a particular interest in supporting veterans, current and former Defence personnel, first responders and their families.

I understand that the experiences and responsibilities that come with service don't always stay in the workplace. They can influence mental health, relationships, identity and the transition into life beyond service.

Together, we'll work to better understand what's happening, identify unhelpful patterns and build a practical toolkit of strategies to support your goals.
